In recognition of May as Mental Health Awareness month, Shambhala NYC presents Commit to Sit: May Mindfuless Challenge. Please join us for twenty minutes of daily group meditation practice Monday-Friday at 1pm, all month long.

By practicing consistently, with the support of community, you will cultivate calmness, clarity, and compassion to bring into your life and the lives of others. Take a midday breather to reconnect and feel human, side by side with like-minded people. 

Not able to join us in person?

You can still participate! Sit wherever you are and share your selfies with us on Instagram using the hashtag #CommitToSit and tag @shambhalanyc. 

Whether we're sharing the same meditation hall, we can practice together and hold space in our heart for one another.
