Join us for our renowned week-long meditation retreat designed to give New Yorkers of all traditions a break from our habitual speed and routine and open us to the depth and richness of the present moment. Experience what it's like to synchonize our body and mind in a hectic city and learn to cultivate the magic in our everyday lives.
Each program day will include approximately 8 hours of sitting meditation, morning and evening chants, and a talk by Acharya Duquette. Full day participation is highly encouraged and recommended.
