The Holidays are a season of joy, gratitude, family and friends … and anxiety, sadness, chaos and conflict. In this episode, we begin to unpack this contradiction, and investigate the role of mindfulness in helping us navigate the holiday season. This talk was recorded in 2017, and is part of our podcast series on compassion and tonglen practice and relevant as we approach this year’s holiday season.

Meditation In The City is the Shambhala Meditation Center of New York’s very own podcast!
