Tuesdays 5.30 to 6.45pm
Wednesdays 5.30 to 6.45pm
Thursdays 5.30 to 6.45 pm
Fridays 5.30 to 8pm
Sundays 9am to 11.45am
This open practice consists of silent sitting practice interspersed with brief periods of walking meditation and concludes with chanting.
First-time meditators are encouraged to attend one of our regular Learn to Meditate classes before attending.
You may come for all or for part of the sitting period, and registration is not necessary.
