This open session consists of silent sitting practice interspersed with brief periods of walking meditation and concludes with a few traditional chants.
First-time meditators are encouraged to attend one of our regular Learn to Meditate classes before attending.
Come for all or for part of the sitting period. Registration is not necessary.
