Tuesdays, 5:30 – 6:45 pm

Wednesdays, 5:30 – 6:45 pm

Thursdays, 5:30 – 6:45 pm

Fridays, 5:30 – 8 pm (Canceled Friday, July 4th for the national holiday)


Sundays, 9 am – 11:45 am

This open session consists of silent sitting practice interspersed with brief periods of walking meditation and concludes with chanting.

First-time meditators are encouraged to attend one of our regular Learn to Meditate classes before attending.

Come for all or for part of the sitting period. Registration is not necessary.
