    Please join us this month in Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx with a walking meditation near the Van Cortlandt House and grounds, a site where enslaved people lived and worked.

    About the Event

    We gather as a collective - to breathe, sit/walk and bring awareness to racial injustice and violence. All are welcome, so please join us if you do regularly and come for the first time if you are feeling inspired. Bring a blanket / cushion, and stay for social hour or picnic after. Rain or shine.

    Meet up at the Public Restroom building just north of the 242 1 train station on Broadway.

    *Open to all: BIPOC and White-Identifying*

    11:15am-11:45am - walking meditation
    11:45am-1:00pm - socialize and picnic (get coffee)

    This event is free and will be held outdoors rain, snow, or shine.
