For those who would like to join us, we will be led by Umdze Corps Director Timothy Quigley to engage in Pandemic Practices. These practices were offered this year by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and His Eminence Namkha Drimed Rinpoche to quell obstacles and bring benefit during this time. This session will include daily Shambahala chants, Medicine Buddha, Green Tara and other auspicious supplications as well as sitting meditation.
This program is offered via Zoom; the link will be provided upon registration.
Please note that late registrations run the risk of not receiving the Zoom link in time for the event.
