    The purpose of these meetings is to create a safe and brave space for honest conversations about race.  Held monthly, this gathering is an open forum facilitated by the organizers with prompts for reflection, sharing, and discussion on the issues of race within our community and society.

    FILM SCREENING & CONVERSATION

    This month we will view a test screening of the film,
    “Cultivating Dignity: Race in Shambhala (working title)”.
    The short film features interviews of participants during the People of Color Meditation Retreat held at Sky Lake Lodge in January 2018.
    We will explore what it feels like to be a person of color in Shambhala.

    We will have a group discussion after watching the film.
