This drop-in, guided meditation class is ideal for beginners, or anyone looking to refresh their understanding of mindfulness meditation practice. 

Led by a qualified Shambhala Meditation Instructor, this half-hour session presents the view and technique of mindfulness-awareness meditation. 

Each class features a guided practice session, complete instructions on working with posture, breath, and thoughts, as well as an opportunity to ask questions. 

Through synchronizing mind and body in meditation, we create the foundation for a sane and balanced life.

 “Learn to Meditate” is a half-hour, drop-in class taking place every Wednesday at 6pm and every Sunday at 12pm. Walk-ups are welcome but pre-registration is appreciated. Cost of admission is $15; however, if finances are prohibitive, we invite you to pay what you can upon arrival.
