Shambhala Training is a comprehensive curriculum of meditation and emotional intelligence education, made up of five weekend retreats and five weekday evening courses. Signing up for "The Complete Path" means a real commitment to the practice and study of meditation and saves you 20% on each of the included programs.

Shambhala Training offers a structured path of meditation and emotional intelligence education rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Shambhala tradition and created for the challenges of modern, everyday existence.

The Shambhala Training path is a secular course of practice and study which consists of weekday evening courses and weekend retreats suitable for both beginning and experienced meditators, and open to people of any spiritual tradition.

This comprehensive overview of mindfulness-awareness meditation and contemplative living practices presents the profound, simple and incredibly relevant view that when we foster a kinder and more awake relationship with ourselves, we can and are helping to foster a more compassionate world.

Details on The Complete Path

The Shambhala Training series is designed as a complete path toward well-being and wakefulness. "The Complete Path" includes five Shambhala Training weekends and five weekday evening courses. This program is suitable for students of all levels. No prior meditation experience is required.

Begin the first week of every month with Meditation in Everyday Life. Then, continue training at your own pace.
