Learn to Live Mindfully is a series of drop-in, standalone workshops that offer a taste of Shambhala Training in an easy, digestible format. The teachings and meditation techniques that are explored in these workshops help us grow into more mindful and compassionate human beings. The material covered is based on the Shambhala Training curriculum.

Learn to Live Mindfully classes include guided meditation, teaching, and group discussion centered around a particular topic each week.

The Learn to Live Mindfully workshops are designed to introduce students to the Shambhala Training curriculum. Shambhala Training is a secular course of practice and study which consists of weekly classes and weekend retreats suitable for both beginning and experienced meditators, and open to people of any spiritual tradition. This comprehensive overview of mindfulness meditation and contemplative living practices presents the profound, simple and incredibly relevant view that when we foster a more awake and compassionate relationship with ourselves and with others, we are creating a more awake and compassionate world.
