Vajra Yoga Intensives
At the Shambhala Meditation Center of New York
This new series will explore two traditions of mind training – meditation and yoga – as ways to deepen the practice of clear seeing.
Loosening Distinctions: Blending Asana & Meditation
Sunday, March 4, 2 - 5 pm

Maintaining the View:
Buddhist Philosophy & the Mind Through the Door of Yoga
Sunday, May 20, 2 - 5 pm
Through practice and study, Buddhism changes our view of everything. As our understanding of things as they are become more and more clear, so do our thoughts, feelings and perceptions of our own body. We’ll practice both yoga and meditation with a Buddhist view.
