Weekly Dharma Gathering

Public Meditation and Dharma Talk
Every Tuesday evening at 7pm
118 West 22nd Street, 6th floor
$10 general admission, $5 students

The Weekly Dharma Gathering is a perfect introduction to the Shambhala teachings and mindfulness meditation, as well as an opportunity to connect with other practitioners. It consists of group meditation practice, a talk by one of our senior teachers, discussion, and a light reception. Meditation instruction is also provided.

This open house is an opportunity to meditate in a supportive group setting, to learn about how to apply the principles of meditation to everyday life, and to meet and mingle with fellow New Yorkers interested in mindfulness. Bring your friends!
