Basic Goodness in the City: A 7-Day Winter Retreat
with Acharya Eve Rosenthal
"This was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Really deepened my meditation practice."
"Thank you for this week, it has changed my life."
Seven Day Intensive Retreat:
Join fellow New Yorkers as our popular weeklong practice intensive makes its winter debut, and bring some sanity to the holiday season. Led by Acharya Eve Rosenthal, intensive group practice provides a powerful support to deepen our mindfulness and awareness and allow basic goodness to arise. Open to all practitioners; you may join the retreat for a day or two or attend the whole week.
PLEASE NOTE: Retreat Orientation is Thursday morning, December 26th, from 8-10am. This orientation is very important, and we ask that you make every effort to attend.
Those who are only planning to participate for 2 days or less do not need to attend this orientation.
If you are new to meditation in the Shambhala tradition, you must attend the first full day, Thursday, December 26th, when meditation instruction will be offered. If you are already an experienced Shambhala practitioner, you are welcome to join one or more of the later days of the retreat (if you are not attending the full retreat).

If not attending the full seven days, click the appropriate link directly below to register only for the day or days you wish to attend (please note that full daily participation is required and expected):
